They are constantly finding ways to make you lose your hard-earned cash.
The payout speed is frustratingly slow.
I invested in bonus funds for coins I earned and finally hit a decent win, but the bonus restrictions were crushing.

After jumping through hoops to meet the absurd 50x wagering requirement, I found that I could only withdraw a fraction of my winnings. Their policies state you can withdraw a maximum of $500 daily and $10,000 monthly, meaning it would take me 5 long months to see my money.

Just stay away from this casino; it feels like a trap!

Don't be fooled by their polished site.
They blatantly disregard their own policies that say withdrawal requests should be processed within 24 hours. Here I am on the third day with my request still pending. The live chat support is unhelpful, repeating the same suggestions without resolution.
If they can't assist you, I highly recommend finding another casino; it's a circus, and you're better off elsewhere.

After successfully completing the unattainable 50x wagering requirement, they took away almost all my balance.
Their guidelines limit you to withdrawals of $500 a day and $10,000 a month, meaning it could take you five months just to cash out your winnings.

Just steer clear of this bait-and-switch casino.

They break their own terms stating that all withdrawal requests should be processed within 24 hours.
It's now the third day, and my request is still pending. Their live chat is utterly useless, just repeating nonsensical advice without help. Do yourself a favor; avoid this circus act that takes customers for fools.

Sound like crooks

Do they sound like crooks? They absolutely are! I inquired about some suspicious reviews on Trustpilot through their live chat and was told, "We assure you those reviews are false and we would never mislead our players." However, they also informed me that my account was closed, which I had no right to reopen.
I decided to walk away. Best of luck to everyone revealing their deceptive practices.

BEWARE! The verification process is nearly impossible when it comes to withdrawals. You can only withdraw €400 at a time, and you won’t see any money unless you persistently request it. You can only have 3 pending withdrawals of €400 each. It is one of the worst casinos regarding payouts. STAY AWAY.
